Full Pediatric Services
Full pediatric care in our community health centers in Bristol, Hartford, New Britain, Plainville, and Waterbury. Back-to-school physicals, well-child visits, immunizations, and more!

Exams
Routine checkup to monitor your child’s growth, development, and overall health. During the visit, the provider checks vital signs, examines your child from head to toe, and addresses any questions or concerns to help them thrive at every stage.

Sick Child Visits
Sick child visits are same-day appointments to help your child feel better when they're not feeling well. Our team will assess symptoms, provide a diagnosis, and recommend the best treatment to get your child back to feeling like themselves.

School & Camp Physicals
School and camp physicals ensure your child is healthy and ready to participate in activities safely. During the visit, we review medical history, check vital signs, and complete any required forms so your child meets all health requirements.

Dental
We offer pediatric dental services to support your child’s oral health, from cleanings and exams to cavity care. These services are available exclusively at our Hartford location, where your child will receive gentle, expert care.

Behavioral health
Complete outpatient mental health care for your children, with a wide range of options, as well as extensive community-based services.

Referrals
If your child needs specialized care, we can provide referrals to trusted pediatric specialists. Our team works closely with families to ensure a smooth transition and coordinated care tailored to your child’s specific needs.

Immunizations
Routine vaccines that help protect your child from serious illnesses. These vaccines are given on a recommended schedule to build strong immunity and keep your child—and your community—safe and healthy.
