Doug Jackson
Doug has worked at all grade levels and uses a relational approach and impact coaching strategies to support teachers in improving their skills and classroom performance.

Denise Keating
Denise oversees all aspects of programming for the High School and Transition program at Northwest Village.
Director, Education Services and K-8
Morgan Fulks
Morgan oversees the K-8 program. He works with staff and students to support their continued development across all areas.
Associate Director, School-based Clinical Services/Intake Coordinator
Kyli Jones, LCSW
Kyli oversees our school’s therapeutic programming and works closely with clinicians to support therapeutic interventions in the classroom. She also serves as admissions coordinator and facilitates tours for potential students.
Educational Coordinator
Jennifer Knauff-Gebhardt
Jennifer creates and oversees class schedules for NVS high school students and is the point person for related student inquiries and concerns. Jennifer also supports the K-8 classrooms to ensure seamless delivery of teaching and instruction.
Clinical Coordinator
Pam Cote
Pam supervises the NVS clinical team, providing direct individual counseling services to students, facilitating school-based therapy groups, and providing support for students. She also assists with the completion of intakes and school tours for potential new students.

Anne Davis, MA, CC-SLP
Anne is dedicated to fostering an environment of accessible learning. She modifies the curriculum so that all students can access it, collaborates with educators and psychotherapists, and engages students in projects that build self-esteem and involve their families.

Emmalitza Reillo
Emmalitza works in tandem with staff, students, and families to address day-to-day issues and concerns and foster an environment where students can be successful.
Administrative Assistant/Billing
Monique Palmer
Monique is an essential part of the team’s day-to-day operations. She manages school attendance and billing, student contact updates, an array of reports, as well as purchasing and distribution of school supplies, filing, and more.
Administrative Assistant/PPT Scheduling
Heather St. Pierre
Heather is one of the first points of contact for students, families, and visitors to our school. Her duties include answering phones, filing, scheduling PPTs with parents and school districts, and more.
