Our team provides an array of services for individuals involved with this program, including substance use intervention; trauma groups; skill building; and employment services group; case management; educational, basic needs and vocational supports; gender-responsive programming, and more.
We serve adults in: Berlin, Bristol, Burlington, Cheshire, Chester, Clinton, Cromwell, Deep River, Durham, East Haddam, Essex, Haddam, Killingworth, Meriden, Middlefield, Middletown, New Britain, Newington, Old Saybrook, Plainville, Plymouth, Portland, Prospect, Rocky Hill, Simsbury, Southington, Wallingford, Westbrook and Wethersfield.
