Working with Wheeler Health, PointCare provides easy online tools and personalized support to help you with Medicaid renewals, Medicaid lapse recovery, insurance applications, and coverage requirements. You can receive reminders, upload documents, and get assistance throughout the process to help avoid gaps in coverage.

Getting Started with PointCare

PointCare will contact you by phone or text inviting you to create an account. A PointCare representative will explain the process and help guide you through the application process. PointCare offers a patient friendly web application that can be accessed from a smartphone, tablet or computer.
