AFCAMP is an independent community organization that educates, trains and supports parents and youth to become active participants in their education and care. They also advocate for policy and program reforms to promote equal access to culturally and linguistically appropriate services within multiple Connecticut child-serving systems.

Our Community Health Workers are here to help you find the services and resources you need—right in your neighborhood. We can connect you with programs for housing, food, transportation, benefits, and more. You're not alone—we're here to walk alongside you every step of the way.
If you're going through a tough time, Wheeler’s Basic Needs Fund may be able to help with essentials like clothing so you can work, food, transportation, and more—thanks to the generosity of our donors. When life gets hard, you're not alone. We’re here to support you with the basics so you can focus on your health and healing.
Every Wednesday from 1 to 4 PM, you can receive fresh, healthy produce through the Holcomb Farm Fresh Access Program—made possible by the generosity of Wheeler’s donors. It’s just one more way we’re here to help you nourish your body and support your health.
We can fill all medications (not just behavioral health) and for your whole family! Genoa can even mail all medications (at no extra cost) or you can pick them up curbside. As a benefit, Genoa even organizes your pills based on the date and time you need to take them, making it easy to stay on track. Switch to a better pharmacy today!
