Wheeler Health is a trusted leader in integrated health and human services, reaching more than 90 percent of Connecticut’s cities and towns through five community health centers (Hartford, New Britain, Waterbury, Bristol, and Plainville), mobile care, a therapeutic special education day school, and an array of in-home and community-based programs. Wheeler’s nearly 1,000 professionals improve health, recovery, and growth for more than 70,000 individuals each year, offering hope and strengthening communities statewide.
