Each member brings a unique background and passion for helping individuals and families make realistic, sustainable changes to improve their well-being. Whether you're managing a medical condition, navigating food allergies, or just want to feel better through food, our nutrition team is here to guide you every step of the way.
Jessica's background includes providing medical nutrition therapy (MNT) in a hospital and community setting for groups and individuals. She also has experience as an adjunct nutrition professor, culinary instructor, diabetes educator, and clinical sales specialist. She teaches our kids cooking classes.
With 18 years of experience in nutrition and 24 years in dietetics, Violet brings extensive expertise in nutritional assessment, education, and counseling to a wide range of patients managing various diseases and conditions. She teaches our adult cooking classes.
