Complete health care for all ages
For children, adults, and families
We’re here to help you stay healthy and feel better when you’re not. At Wheeler, doctors and nurses care for you and your whole family, whether it’s a check-up, a vaccine, or help managing conditions like asthma or diabetes. Our integrated approach to care can even bring in behavioral health and medication for addiction.
For all ages
Individual, family, and group treatment
If you’re feeling overwhelmed, anxious, down, or just not like yourself, you’re not alone—and we’re here to help. Our clinicians and psychiatric providers offer therapy, coping tools, medication when needed, and innovative technology in a safe and respectful space where your mental health matters.
There is hope
If you’re struggling with drugs or alcohol, you’re not alone—and we’re here to help. Our caring team offers support, individual and family counseling, group treatment, and a plan that fits your life, so you can take back control and feel better. For example, Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT) (also called medications for substance use disorder) helps people recover from addiction by combining medicines like Suboxone (buprenorphine) and Vivitrol (naltrexone) with counseling and support.

Supporting services
Your care at Wheeler doesn’t stop at the exam room. We help you connect with services outside of Wheeler, and we take the time to understand the things in your life—like housing, food, transportation, or work—that affect your health. Together, we’ll make a plan to support every part of your well-being.
Our Community Health Workers are here to help you find the services and resources you need—right in your neighborhood. We can connect you with programs for housing, food, transportation, benefits, and more. You're not alone—we're here to walk alongside you every step of the way.
If you're going through a tough time, Wheeler’s Basic Needs Fund may be able to help with essentials like clothing so you can work, food, transportation, and more—thanks to the generosity of our donors. When life gets hard, you're not alone. We’re here to support you with the basics so you can focus on your health and healing.
Every Wednesday from 1 to 4 PM, you can receive fresh, healthy produce through the Holcomb Farm Fresh Access Program—made possible by the generosity of Wheeler’s donors. It’s just one more way we’re here to help you nourish your body and support your health.
We can fill all medications (not just behavioral health) and for your whole family! Genoa can even mail all medications (at no extra cost) or you can pick them up curbside. As a benefit, Genoa even organizes your pills based on the date and time you need to take them, making it easy to stay on track. Switch to a better pharmacy today!
Our lab accepts lab slips from Wheeler Family Health and Wellness Center providers. Some of the services available include: blood draws, breath tests, observed urine tests, in-house pick up services for departments, and so much more!
